Trikala, Corinthia is a picturesque settlement in the Ziria region, located in the mountainous area of Corinthia, belonging to the Municipality of Xylokastro. 

The area has deep historical roots and consists of three neighborhoods: Kato Trikala, Mesaia Trikala, and Ano Trikala (translating to lower, middle and upper Trikala). The history of the area dates back to prehistoric times, as there is evidence of human presence from the ancient times.

According to a local theory, the name "Trikala" comes from the "three goods" of the region: wine, oxygen and water, which is pure and crystal clear.

The location offers stunning natural beauty, combining lush hills, mountains and traditional architecture, creating an excellent destination for those seeking peace and a deeper connection with nature.

Known for their authenticity and the warm hospitality of the locals, Trikala offers year-round experiences, from the nearby beaches of the Corinthian Gulf in the summer to the Ziria Ski Center in the winter.
